VERSION DIFFERENCES: There may be numerous industry specific versions of this system that all use the same underlying code and functions. You may encounter references or screen shots that are a little different than what you see when you use the system. For instance, we have the "CheckBind" version that is specific to the insurance industry. Therefore, some of the control panel screens and reports will contain references to Policy Numbers and such. If you are not in the insurance industry, your screens probably won't contain such references. However, all the basic functions work the same throughout all versions, so don't be concerned if you come across an industry specific reference that may not appear or apply to your control panel.

Additionally, the system supports varying levels of service, and not all features or functions described herein are available to all levels of service. For instance, you will see several navigation links on the left that have (PRO) at the end of the button text. Those features are only available in the Professional version or level of service. So, if you see a screen shot or mention of a menu item or function that simply doesn't appear in your control panel, it's probably because that feature isn't enabled for your account's level of service.
