Due to the differences between browsers and even different versions of the same browser, you may receive an error when clicking on the Print Check icon - such as a broken graphic icon or an error stating that the page can not be downloaded or found.
It's sometimes possible to fix this error by launching the Adobe Reader program directly (this may only work for later versions), going to the Edit - Preferences menu, and under Categories, select Internet and UN-checking the box that says Display PDF in browser. Click OK, close Adobe and try the Print icon again. You can also use the FireFox browser and/or Foxit PDF Reader to fix this problem - see notes at the bottom of this page.
If that doesn't work - you must use the Download icon to either download the file (see above) and then open it into Adobe Reader - or select the Open option in the download dialog box:
Click on the Download icon
the dialog box below will appear - click the Open button:
You may get a second dialog box asking you to confirm your choice. Click the Open button again. This will download the pdf file and automatically send it to Adobe Reader. Once opened in Adobe, you may print the check.
This error NEVER occurs with the FireFox Browser. You may consider using it instead - it's free at FireFox.Com
Another option is to replace the bulky, slow-loading Adobe PDF Reader with the free Foxit PDF Reader. First, uninstall the Adobe Reader, then go to this page and download the Foxit Reader 2.3 (.exe) file and install once downloaded.
