A log file of every action by every user to every check is maintained.

If you have permissions to view the Logs, you can see the exact date and time any action was taken, which user performed the action and what IP address they were logged in from.

The main menu Log link will bring up the most recent 20 or so actions taken by any user on any transaction. You can use the Older Logs link to keep go further back into the logs.

However, its also just as easy to find all actions taken on any given check by doing a search to find the check in question and then clicking on the View Details icon. Under the actual details about the check you will see the entire log of actions taken on that check - a sample of which is shown below:
