We are constantly striving to make Vcheck the most functional, versatile and useful system possible. To that end, we often add new features and functions to the system. Some effect only certain levels of service, while most are free improvements that apply to all accounts.
Whenever new features are added, you will be notified of such via the System Message in the upper left corner of your control panel.

Suppression of Recurring Payment Section on Confirmation Page |
| Date Added: |
October 8, 2008 |
| Available To: |
All Accounts that have Recurring Payments Option |
| Details: |
Previously, if your account had the option for recurring payments enabled, the check submitter was presented with an agreement and checkbox on the Check Data Confirmation page. Requests have been made for a way to suppress that section of the Confirmation page as arrangements for recurring payments are made with customers prior to them submitting the first check.
If you do not wish the "Recurring Payment Agreement" to appear on your Check Data Confirmation page, all you need to is add the following to the links you use to call your check form directly after the id=YourID: &template=norecurring In other words, your current links contains a section such as this: www.securevcheck.com/?id=XX or www.securevcheck.com/insurance.php?id=XX - whereas the XX is your unique Vcheck ID. To use this new feature, the link would be www.securevcheck.com/?id=XX&template=norecurring or www.securevcheck.com/insurance.php?id=XX&template=norecurring
The remainder of your current link would remain unchanged - you are simply inserting the call for the new template.

All Customer Fields Can Now be Pre-Populated |
| Date Added: |
October 8, 2008 |
| Available To: |
Accounts using custom pre-forms or shopping carts |
| Details: |
Previously, only the Amount and 4 memo fields could be sent along with the call for your check form. Those values would be pre-populated on the checks form as static text that could not be changed by the user. Now, you may also send all user related fields (everything except the Bank and Check Number) in your call for the Vcheck form. This would include fields such as payor's name, address, and such. For complete details, see the Using Pre-Forms page.

PDF Setting - Print 1 Check with NO Copies |
| Date Added: |
July 18, 2008 |
| Available To: |
All Accounts |
| Details: |
Previously, for basic level accounts, the only option for printing checks was with the negotiable check on top with two copies or vouchers under the check. One voucher copy was suitable for mailing to the customer with the other being a file copy.
Not every user needs or wants the voucher copies of the check - and printing them was a waste of check stock (if you used check stock with three, 3.5" checks on each sheet) and toner.
Now you have the option of printing just the actual negotiable check with NO voucher copies. This allows you to print 3 different checks on a single sheet of check stock (again, if you use check stock with 3 checks on a page instead of just a top check with two blank vouchers below).
To do this, simply print the first check, separate it at the 3.5" preforation and when ready, use the remaining portion for the next check (you may have to feed it through the manual feed slot of your printer). NOTE: depending on the printer, you may have difficulty with the final (bottom) section of check stock since it will be only 4" tall and may not be grabbed by all the paper rollers.
This option is also available to Pro level accounts for printing single checks. Printing 3 different checks per page of check stock (all at once) is automatic when using the Batch feature built into the Pro level accounts.
In your control panel, go to the Merchant - PDF Settings menu to select this option. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the button to save your changes.

New Memo Tokens for Custom Email Content |
| Date Added: |
July 18, 2008 |
| Available To: |
Pro Level Accounts |
| Details: |
Professional level accounts have the ability to modify the content of new check notification and customer payment receipt email messages. Specific form field data such as the amount of the check and other "tokens" can be placed into such emails. We just added new tokens for the 4 memo fields the system supports.
This means you can now have the content of any or all of the memo fields of each check appear in the notification and customer receipt messages.
In your control panel, go to the Merchant - Edit E-Mail Content menu.
