Add Features or Upgrade Account

We now allow features once reserved for the Pro Level Accounts to be added A La Cart to any account. However, adding additional stand-alone features will not increase your monthly limit of checks. To do that, you have to upgrade into a higher level of service - which will also include one or more of the stand-alone upgrades.

WE PRO-RATE THE COST of adding additional features or upgrading your account. The prices shown below are the Maximum amount you will be charged assuming your basic Vcheck account was established within the last 30 days.

Otherwise, we pro-rate upgrades so the renewal date will match that of your basic account. Once we calculate the pro-rated cost, we will charge your credit card only that amount - and send you a message indicating that pro-rated amount.

A chart, description and maximum annual price of the Upgrades and Service Levels are below.

For Basic Accounts, you may start with the 200 checks per month level ($99.95) per year and only upgrade to the High Volume level if and when needed. If you are interested in the Enterprise or Reseller systems, please contact us directly.

*Every account comes with the ability to Search for any given transaction and view details. However, Advanced Reporting allows you to download the results of any search or report as a comma delimited text file. Advanced Reporting also includes full access to the login and actions performed logs for your account. Simple reports on a Basic Account may be upgraded to Advanced Reporting for $49.95 per year.

Basic system: $99.95 per year (up to 200 checks per month). Annual Payments Only.
Add-On: $49.95 per year (recurring payments / repeat customer capability). Annual Payments Only.
Add-On: $49.95 per year (multiple payees option). Annual Payments Only.

Basic system HV (High Volume): $16.66 per MONTH ($199.95 per year) (up to 500 checks per month - that's about 3 cents per check) includes support for recurring payments (a $49.95 value). May be billed Annually or $99.98 semi-annually.

Pro System: $29.95 per MONTH ($359.40 per year) (up to 4000 checks per month) (large companies and small county governments)
This is a completely different system in that you can batch checks into a single pdf - have full control over content of email messages, have multiple usernames/passwords with various rights within the system, advanced reporting and more. Includes both recurring check and multiple payee options. May be billed Quarterly (Credit Card Only), Semi-Anually, or Annually.

Enterprise $74.95 per MONTH ($899.40 per year) (up to 10000 checks per month) (mainly county governments - single accounts only). May be billed Quarterly (Credit Card Only), Semi-Anually, or Annually.

Enterprise HV (High Volume) $149.95 per MONTH ($1799.40 per year) (unlimited use) (larger governments agencies - single account only). May be billed Quarterly (Credit Card Only), Semi-Anually, or Annually.

Reseller: $400.00 per MONTH ($4800.00 per year) (up to 300 seperate basic accounts - That's less than $20 per YEAR per account - that's an 80% profit margin - not including a 50% commission on the recurring payments and multiple payees upgrades.) This would be for resellers of all types including trade organizations and industry service providers. May be billed Monthly (Credit Card Only), Quarterly, Semi-Anually, or Annually.
